Resilience allows you to roll with the punches and cope with the changes. Resilience allows you to build inner strength and boost confidence. In this volatile and ever-changing world, one way to support the development of resilience is through fostering a growth mindset.

Growth mindset was coined by psychologist Carol Dweck in her remarkably insightful book ‘Mindset: The New Psychology of Success’, enquiring into the power of our beliefs about ourselves, and how changing even the simplest of them can have a profound impact on nearly every aspect of our lives. While the Fixed Mindset is the belief that basic qualities, such skills, intelligence, and talent are predetermined at birth, the Growth Mindset thrives on challenge and sees talents and abilities can be developed through effort and persistence.
